Shanghai Anchor Marine Equipment Co., ltd (AMC)‘s HSE target is a zero incident philosophy, that all incidents resulting in harm to people, environment and property can be prevented. We strive to continuously improve ourselves’ HSE performance, to supervise our subcontractor to execute their HSE according to their procedure to prevent HSE incident happen during our project execution.
We achieve this by : 
• Identifying all HSE risks and implementing their respective countermeasures as far as reasonably practicable,
• Continually improving the Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant international standards and HSE regulations.
• Periodically reviewing the HSE aspects, and establishing annual HSE goals and programmes to manage and improve our performance,
• Influencing the knowledge, values, norms, ideas and attitudes of our personnel, in order to improve the HSE culture within the company.
